The hotel is new and room is nice and large .what I like the most is that there is netflix which is not even in other branded hotels ....also ..Staffs from front desk were nice and helpful as well as the bell men ..shuttle drivers are also nice...

i like the location of the hotel because it was accessibler to the tourist spots that we visited. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Breakast was good and all i i need were there basically.

The room was spacious and clean, with separated bath and toilet. The coconut amenities are quite good, even better than some 5 star hotels. Having red wine for welcome drink and free mini bar with BeerLao and soft drinks.
