Tastefully decorated self-contained cottage (separate from main residence) in lovely shady flower-filled gardens. Ample dinner (chicken & salad), pavlova desserts & huge continental breakfast provided meant we could stay in & relax in comfort....

Location, convenience to event attended, quiet, rural but not too rural - space in the house, inviting on arrival as it was warm, lighting on, felt welcoming and private. It was lovely not to worry about breakfast as it was provided and enjoyable....

Motel is modern, on main highway, on northern outskirts of Hawera. Unit was very spacious- with large lounge, 2 queen sized bedrooms, single bathroom and toilet and spa bath. Excellent value-for-money.

It was an old horse farm, homestead, nice property, super nice caretakers/hosts. The Egmont National Park was beautiful this morning, sunrise, no clouds. My cabin #6 had heated mattress pads, perfect for this cold snap.

Thought this place was great value for money would definitely stay again! The staff were all friendly, nice cosy rooms, bathrooms were always clean and the bread and milk in the fridge were a nice bonus.

It was clean, tidy and comfy and surprisingly didn't hear much road noise.

Second stay here and was still great. Nice spacious room with comfortable bedding. Enjoyed the bath, sky tv and free wifi was great. Can park right outside your unit. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
