It was very central with easy access at the historical part of the city. There are bars, public places and restaurants all around. I want to thank the morning receptionist Vicky extra for her hospitality.

Absolutely fabulous reception. They remembered that I was celebrating my birthday across both of my stays at the property, and made an effort to make everyone feel welcome even with large events going on. Great location, too!

Perfect location in Bilbao. Lot of public transport hubs in neighboring area. Few minutes walking from main old town's attractions. Nice bar nearby and many others within 5 mins walking. Good bathroom. And room is pretty large.

Small room but laid out well. Had everything we needed for one night. Right in the heart of the old town. Perfect for wandering around and sampling pintxos. Easy walk to the Guggenheim. Bed was very comfortable.
