I loved the modern industrial setting, the memory foam bed and the comfortable size of the room. The parking was right there in the premises, and free! Bus to San Sebastián was convenient.

Beautiful setting behind the property, looking out over the trees. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great rooms, especially the bathroom facilities. Wonderful terrace and swimming pool on the top floor. Convenient parking facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Irenaz. It was a little out of the city but very close to drive to or take a bus. It had a lovely terrace with a great view. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff exceptionally hard working. We arrived at busy lunch hour and all staff were helpful and attentive. Food was brilliant (Bonito, hake). Room very clean, comfortable bed. Location was quiet even though it is on edge of town / industrial.

The person at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained to us the complicated system of paying for parking in San Sebastian, and recommended a few excellent restaurants. I loved the old fashioned elevator!
