The hospitality was very good and the level of service was also very good, especially the breakfast

Location was near the train station, within walking distance. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, it was the people working the front desk, who were extremely helpful, that makes me rate this hotel very high.

Staff were very flexible and friendly and we got a good tip to visit one local event on top of the mountain and it was great !;)

it was perfect for our family. the playground and miniature golf area were just the right thing for our 4 -10 year old as to wind down after sightseeing all day.

The father/son proprietors greeted us personally. The view was pretty awesome and the drive to/from the hotel was a little harrowing but the scenery was nothing short of amazing

Robin was very helpful; location only miniutes away from grocery, ski rentals, restaurants, ice skating, and lifts. Loved the Salami pizza! Breakfast was limited but fresh and very tasty. Will store skis and equipment in basement.

Room basic but with fancy lighting and usb fittings ( which is great because we didn’t realise we needed a different travel plug for Switzerland ) staff were lovely and friendly making sure we could park our motorbike safely. Bed comfortable....

Great bed (good firm mattress), nice and clean room. Had to wait because of a problem with cleaning, got a different room to wait in. Really close to the train station (25min to Bern) and shops nearby.

I liked everything. Great, friendly staff, location, room, bath. And the breakfast! I liked it all here. This was easily my best hotel experience this year. I will for sure come back.
