Breakfast was very good, but choices were limited. Location is convenient to both Grand Central Station and Times Square. We liked having both a good restaurant and a bar in the hotel. Hamlet, the cat, was an added attraction.

The staff were welcoming and attentive upon arrival. Housecleaning was always prompt and thorough during the day. Bathroom was full of amenities and the view from the Luxury Queen High Floor room was awesome!

Amazing location, service, polite staff and pretty cool design of rooms and hallways. If you enjoy walking, it is a great spot to stay since Central Park, Guggenheim, Metropolitan, Times Square, etc, are accessible by walking.
