I rate this hotel highly. The location in the Old Quarter is second to none, the breakfast is very good, beds are super comfy. The staff are all wonderful, especially David who went above and beyond to tell us about Vietnam, Hanoi, Hoian, etc, and give us advice. David helped us book our trips out of Hanoi amd gave excellent advice. It was a great experience overall and I would recommend.
