The apartment was great for my family, we did use the fridge and the dishwasher. Walking distance to zoo and restaurants.

PROS: Location was very convenient to subway and to trams. Coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator and 2 burner stove were nice to have. Room size is large, with plenty of storage space. Nice sized shower, separate area with toilet.

The location of the hotel itself is very excellent. It is in the immediate vicinity of Mariahilfer Strasse, which is mainly a pedestrian street with many shops, cafes and restaurants. It is also close to the Westbahnhof subway and the IKEA...

Easy check in&out. Very clean. A very comfortable bed. Location - close to museum & shopping street. Not far from the U train station.

Good location, a walk distance to Schönbrunn, Zoo. Supermarket Hofer is on the way. Direct U-Bahn line to the city center. Parking near the U-Bahn station (8 Euro per day). Free coffee, tea in the lobby and in the room.

Everything was clean and high quality. Breakfast was very good.

All the staff were supportive and kind. Facility were pleasant and excellent.

We’ve stayed here about a dozen times and the location cannot be best. Rooms vary widely, and it’s always interesting to see what we’ll get.
