The location is dead center, right next to the parliament. Breakfast was excellent and diversified, it even had nutella spreads to *chefs kiss The room was gigantic with a really high ceiling. A bit old but that doesn't really matter. Clean

The hotel was in a perfect location for a 4 day visit to Vienna. St. Steven’s Cathedral, the Vienna State Opera, the Spanish Riding School, great restaurants and cafés as well as beautiful shops all within 5-15 min walk. Also very close to metro...

Heated room during winter. Breakfast was ok. 10 mins away to Schönbrunn Palace by car.

The location. Close to subway, park and mall. Bar and restaurant in hotel. The staff were responsive and accommodating to requests and complaints when raised (e.g. extra pillows and towels).

The hotel is in the best location in Vienna to visit the key sites. The staff is super nice and professional. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite large for center city hotel rooms.

I travel a lot and this hotel is perfect for the person who wants to be in the cultural heart of a city such as Vienna. The hotel is incredibly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfy. The linens are fine.

The location, the train station is close, the owner was friendly, overall a good place to stay :)
