They allowed dogs and the fee $$ was more affordable then other hotel chains in Banff, we loved our room on ground level with patio door it was an awesome stay. And #1 best thing was the free breakfast and the coffee machine in the lobby! Lattes...

Newly renovated room was nice and beds were comfortable. Hotel is being remodeled so no amenities were open but just needed room for one-night stay and was a great price.

Everything was perfect! Comfortable beds,there is a choice in pillows (firm or soft) Hot breakfast, the staff were great always cleaning and replenishing. All round well equipped and clean hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great, walking distance to the Tower, great restaurants, and shopping. You can walk to the hockey game. Rooms are comfortable. Tea and coffee and a fridge. Beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff was GREAT!

Close to wharf trail, uptown, clean, friendly, upgraded room. Good breakfast buffet and great staff, Linda provided excellent service

It was great overall! Very clean, comfortable, had all the basics covered. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, kept well stocked and clean. Staff were ALL very polite, welcoming and helpful. Parking was free and there was plenty.

Breakfast room was large enough for many guests which is not always the case in many hotels , food choices were varied and good , coffee was good , well maintained ,very clean

The suite was spacious, the bed was super comfortable! The kids loved the pool and slide! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We could see our vehicle from our suite which was reassuring as well. Located ideally!
