It was an excellent experience. I strongly recommend it to stay, the shuttle system is a good place for drop off and pickup should be one in any situation.

Staff are very respected room was comfortable only thing there is smoke alarm at the room can't smoke should remove or do some thing for smoking.

All the services was perfect , The staff very helpful Facilities, food all was good

the Hotel Location is very good access to every ware, specially to Masjid al Haram, road side parking available, beside many shops available for food and grocery.

The room was so clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. Good location away from the crowd and very close to main restaurants yet you have to find a ride to go to Haram. also so close to train station.

Location location and location !!! Ease of going in the haram and having a separate set of elevators from the clock tower is a plus. Cleaning guy and room service was exceptional especially the boy named Daleem , very courteous and respectful.
