The staff were very hospitable and they were willing to help their guests. They were able to accommodate us with our baggage check-in as we already had our city trip scheduled before the room check-in time. Excellent!

I actually liked everything, it was my first time in Bangkok, but after discovering it more, I realized it's location was ideal especially for Westerners. Much more modern, and less party and vulgar part of the city.

Room is big, quiet and clean, location okay-walking distance to bts and mrt. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a must-go. The sunset facing room is awesome!
