Friendly staff, above and beyond service (got a checkout extension free of charge), clean and well furnished room, great value, excellent WiFi (no really, this is perhaps the best feature, so many hotels in Turkey have terrible WiFi).

The staff were very accomodating, even when we arrived in the middle of the night and wanted to stay a little past checkout time.
