I really don't think anything else could have been done to improve the accommodation and service. Really good clean room, great location in a nice part of town and excellent customer service from Kenny.

Location is close to underground and walkable to West End shows and sights of interest. Walking distance to prometric testing center (reason for my trip). This was my second stay here. Love the amenities!

I really liked how clean everything was. It was awesome location but sort of did that on purpose. I did not expect the staff to be that friendly but it was the best ever.

The location is perfect for exploring London. It was easy to access by train. The pub is perfect for dinner and a pint. The staff was very friendly and the room - although small was well appointed.

The pictures lived up to reality. It's as nice as it seems, and the light-filled room are gorgeous. Bathrooms are very clean and well-lit, with luxuriously designed furnishings. A *steal* for the price, especially since it's in London. Comfortable...

Location was great. Cafe in basement was delicious food with good prices and service. On a long rainy day after a flight, the food and service was very comforting. The salad was very good for the price.
