Good location off the main road. Very basic room and a little dated but it did the job for a nightcap. Room was large and had enough space for 3 guests. I would of preferred a cheaper room with just a double bed. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Bed was clean and comfortable but the quilt cover was quite childish. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made it a pleasant experience.
The place has been refurbished as its a older building definitely noticeable and more appealing to all other motels around central location. Clean The cleaning staff are very welcoming and friendly and the main manager guy at reception has exceptional customer service skills and was so eager to welcome us and tell us about mackay and all of the hotels facilities!
