The room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The location is close to town. It was perfect for us whilst we were visiting to attend a wedding and enjoy the surroundings for a few days.

Carmen on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are modern, clean and come with a great view of the river. Far enough away from the main, Echuca Hotel, so noise wasn't a problem. Location was perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable, there is a play space attached to the breakfast cafe for the kids to play around. Really liked having our designated parking spot right at the front of our room as well.

On arrival Monica was very friendly and efficient. After entering our room I found the tv not working so called reception, and got a prompt response. An upgrade to another room was offered and accepted.. Room was very comfortable.

Great spot. People complaining need to remember it's a 3 star motel and not a resort, so you should adjust expectations regarding amenities, neighbouring guests and room setup. Very accommodating.
