The whole experience at Hotel Casa Perico was excellent from start to finish. From the boat shuttle they organised from Rio Dulce to the welcoming staff, the location in the Mangrove Swamp, the delicious food, the comfortable lodgings, the access to canoes to explore and swim in the lake. I really can't recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful location at the Riverside, where there is a rope swing and kayaks for free use. Lovely staff and excellent kitchen. Try the tostada and the curry! We had a room with river view. The pet cat and dog are also very sweet.
