a gem hidden in a nutshell. delivers more than it promises. perfect cost performance ratio. not a five star hotel but it gives you the oppurtinity to experience the essence of Florence. good breakfast. good room facilities . good internet. perfect location. better than most of the chain otels in Italy.

The location was good, close to all major attractions. The room was excellent with 2 floors and 2 full bathrooms, highly recommended for families with kids. Staff was very courteous and responsive.

Oh my goodness what an AMAZING property. We had room #8 it was huge and the door to the entrance was just spectacular! The breakfast and dinner was so delicious. Outstanding Hosts going above and beyond! Thank you for your very hospitable service!
