The most famous landmarks in Japan are Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Machiya(townhouses), Himeji Castle, Nara Park, Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kinkaku Temple in Kyoto, Itsukushima Shrine and Hiroshima Peace Park in Hiroshima, Senso-ji Buddhist temple, Shibuya Crossing, Imperial Palace and Tokyo Tower in Tokyo, Osaka Castle, Mount Fuji in Shimizu, and Kobe Port.

If the issue is hotel booking in Japan, it's essential to consider the seasonal variations: high (peak), shoulder, and low (off) seasons. The high season occurs from mid-March to mid-May (sakura blossom) and September to mid-November (bright foliage), attracting the most tourists, leading to longer queues and higher prices.

The shoulder season is the period between the high and the low seasons, which is relatively quiet and medium-priced. In Japan, it is from late May to August (the rainy and hot season) and from late November to December (the time between holidays).
