The location, the room and the good service of the hotel's staff.. This was the hotel we stayed in during our first trip to Hong Kong and it was also a happy memory for us.

The location was perfect for us whic close to where we planned to visit. The room with bay view is quite nice and impress to enjoy the symphony of light show through our window. Room is big enough and cozy for this price.

Nice location just steps to Jordan MTR. Walking 15-20 min will take you anywhere in Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the highway so it avoided much of tue busy traffic to and from the airport.

Location is exceptionally nice, connected to a large shopping mall and located in the middle of mong kok (meaning there are a lot of food and shopping literally around the hotel building!)

the room was larger and more comfortable than expected. we had a connecting room booked which is great for our family. hope to stay there again next time in HK.

Very close to the botanical gardens… hence the name garden view.
