The staff are phenomenal. They did everything to make my first visit to Dhaka smooth and memorable. They arranged for airport pickup and were incredibly accommodating.

Staff are very concerned about the guest. As hotel car was not available the staff Mr. Shariar did arrange a Uber taxi. He was kind and concerned enough to check if I reached the place safe and if I was in need of taxi for return trip. Such gestures will go a long way in building good relationships with guest. Very highly appreciate his concern. When I return back to Dhaka I will prefer to stay at this hotel
