The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel main purpose is to accommodate patients from the University Hospital, however anybody can stay here. The breakfast and the kitchen staff were excellent, the room and bathroom were very clean....

Breakfast earlier than opening time was no problem, very good & lots to eat - the coffee was great & the fresh orange juice a nice treat. The hotel is near mid-town (walking distance), so really well placed.

The room was clean and energy efficient. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows! The location was very convenient. Parking was convenient and free but across a well-traveled road, making access and departure from the lot a bit of a challenge.

Estephan and his daughter were so friendly and accommodating. Because I wouldn't be there for the gaufre time, he saved me one for when I returned. We had to leave very early and they packed us a breakfast to go. I hope I can return one day.
