Everything was perfect, expect the bed for two… It was actually two small beds combined in one. But everything else was to quality, me and my other half are very satisfied from our stay at the hotel.

My room was large and beautiful, very nice bathroom and good view of the city! Breakfast was fantastic, one of the best breakfast buffets ive seen. Great parking.

We have been here a few times. Rooms are always very clean and nice. Breakfast is pretty good. And the SPA is really, really good.

We wanted to go to Vitosha hill. The cablecar is approx. 1 km from this Hotel. I have asked about how the cablecar works, etc. Lady called to some phone number where she checked the situation, but unfortunately the cablecar is not operating due to...

Overall I was happy with my stay. It's a nice place and good value for money. I also ordered breakfast for which I paid extra and it was very good. The surrounding nature is beautiful.

The communication with the host was excellent and everything was well organised and went really smoothly - plus we were offered to leave our things in the room until the evening when we headed to the airport, which made life a lot easier!

Cozy, comfortable and serene place. the SPA was lovely and two people from our group enjoyed great full body massages. The restaurant was also great!

Maybe 3* is a little overrated , but the location is great, in town but outside the ringroad, where the mountain starts. Great spot for a sleep-and-go with some hours to waste

Really clean. There is a private parking or you can park on the street in front of the hotel. The staff is really friendly and kind.
