The personnel is extremely friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the is airconditioning and there is hot water in the shower (which is pretty uncommon in Cali). The price is amazing considering the quality of the hotel.

All the staff treated us like family and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, since I have some health problems on the days I was unable to go for breakfast they brought it to me. Imagine that!
