Majitelka nám vyhověla v pozdějším příjezdu v den ubytování. Po 19 hodině. Super komunikace a vstřícnost.Klidné místo v nádherné přírodě. Za mě Jeseníky jsou naprosto úžasné. Moc děkujeme.

The simple, clean room with the bathroom within the 70' style building although thoroughly renovated. But... very polite and helpful staff, very good breakfast and the HB optionally, extremely close to Koprivna lift for skiers in winter and bikers...

Všude v hotelu bylo krásně uklizeno. Personál byl milý a ochotný. Je tu dostatek společenských prostor a i vyžití pro malé děti.

The staff was welcome and friendly . Its a pension, don't expect high expectations but the bed was ok, and the room was clean. They provided also some towels. The shared bathroom where also well maintained during all day. We had a nice stayed and...

Staff is great, owner is really friendly and I gotta say that the customer service is exceptional. The penzion itself is well worth the money and I can imagine having a great skiing trip here. I do recommend this establishment.

Good dinner, and breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff... The Spa outside was amazing, we truly enjoyed the variety of Saunas and jacuzzis. Also a friendly place for families. We hope to be back soon .

Unique place with wonderful spirits (Hosts). We felt as in-house. Cosy room. Common kitchen. Very good meals. Good coffee in the morning with a view of the snowed area. We definitely recommend staying there and eating some good food.
