Great location, just 13 minutes walk to the center, but very quiet and calm. Nice common terrace and garden, where you can eat breakfast or dinner. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

The possibility to be also in the owner’s garden - especially in hot summer when one has a baby. Plus, having a breakfast there by small pond is pure relax. :)
