Mirriam in the front desk was lovely and upgraded me to the suite which was AMAZING. The hotel had lovely facilities, restaurants and the sky pool made my day giving me peace in the busy city. Would 100% stay again, best hotel in Cairo

It was clean and the most comfortable room I've ever stayed in Cairo. The lady at the front desk took great care of me and the whole stay was pleasant. Before I left for the airport, she also helpfully booked a drop-off service for me.

Very helpful and lovely staff, ready to accommodate your needs and plan tours. They even helped me book train tickets to my next destination, which made it even easier. Highly recommended

The best thing about this hotel is the incredible view from terrace and very kind and friendly staff specially Sayed. They asked all the time if everything is ok.
