Staff support was awesome in making sure i got the right and needed information at all times despite not having an actual reception. Location was very convenient for my needs e.g. 5 minutes from Metro station and also Tram stop just in front....

Hotel is located in city center. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance. There are many shopping malls nearby. Breakfast was very satisfying. Special thanks to receptionist who upgraded our room .
