The location is prime, just a few steps from the park entrance and also very close to the train station. This was super helpful as we had come by train from London. Reception is a bit busy but there is a sufficient number of always-smiling staff...

The location of the hotel and of our room was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would grab breakfast at Earl of Sandwich rather than use time doing the buffet (and it was cheaper). Our room was fine for 3 of us.
