The staff! Very helpful and kind. It was a rainy day in Nice unfortunately but they were kind enough to let me use an umbrella to explore the city. It was also very clean and perfect for a solo traveler.

Quiet environment while easily able to access city attractions

Easy to find from the train station. Clean tidy and friendly. I have stayed there before. Good value.
