Great location, Only 10 minutes walk from Jean Médecin tram stop and Nice Ville train station. Staff were friendly. Twin room is big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean.

The property was very spacious in comparison with the norm in France/Europe in general, very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful - they gave us detailed tips on where to go based on our preferences. Rooftop is beautiful, swimming pool size...

The breakfast was more than perfect. The whole family was very pleasantly surprised.

Everytging, cery clean, very organized, very clear rules, very nice staff, I forgot the name of the receptionist but he was 10/10. Close to many bis stations, and occipied with all the necessary equipments.

Superior staff.Low cost parking. Free EV Charging. Good breakfast. Large room plus balcony. One minute walk to a large supermarket and a laundry place the would wash and dry clothing on the same day. Use of bed runner.

Quiet environment while easily able to access city attractions

The staff! Very helpful and kind. It was a rainy day in Nice unfortunately but they were kind enough to let me use an umbrella to explore the city. It was also very clean and perfect for a solo traveler.

Peaceful and well maintained facility. Relaxing atmosphere, big and clean rooms, lovely private patios, great pool and breakfast. Perfectly secluded, but with a free shuttle service to town, which was quick and convenient.
