Beautiful peaceful location. Great balcony with lovely views. Nice terrace for food and drinks. We were staying for Drachenstich in Furth im Wald so they gave us the quirky dragon bedroom. Nice touch! Comfy bed. Lovely breakfast and evening meal....

Came from the train station in the evening in winter. It was a short walk, under the railway lines, down and up. A relief to have arrived. And when I did, the restaurant was buzzing. Room was made really nice for guests, it’s a well run hotel.

The lady who runs it is is great & works her socks off, always going whatever time of day. Food is basic but tasty & very good value. Good parking & offered a garage for the ebikes.
