Full-featured resort/hotel in a beautiful location facing the Alps. My room had a balcony facing the Alps. Very nice spa facilities. Ample parking. Great hiking in the area. Walking distance to Marktoberdorf.

The rooms were enormous, the beds were comfortable, the staff were super helpful and friendly (even with my terrible German), the restaurant was lovely and the setting was very nice.

We only stayed one night as a pit stop to our next destination. The lady at the reception desk was very helpful in suggesting a great spot for supper. The beds were comfortable and the shower a welcome after a long drive.

This pretty hotel is just outside the historic area in Kaufbeuren. The front desk is largely unstaffed, so check in is do it yourself. The room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.
