From the moment we arrived to the time we left, everyone, including the owner Hinze, strived to make sure all the guests were taken care of and happy.

Amazing staff with warm smile to welcome and very helping with all the needs. Location is stunning right in city centre. Rooms were clean and right as shows in pictures.

The location is great, it is close to the altstad and messe. Also very quiet. The front desk and the lady who were serving breakfast was the greatest.. I was late for the breakfast but they didn't say no and get me food.

Very friendly staff and the hotel is only 5 minutes from the pedestrian zone. If you arrive by car there are limited parking possibilities on the backside of the hotel.

Check-in to the hotel was quick. The room is of sufficient size and has everything you need. I stayed with 2 cats; I paid 15 euros per 1 pet per day for animals.

Very clean, easy check-in, simple, good value, good location and reachability. Got little chocolates as a welcome gift and fresh apples were provided at the check-in area

Very cute, wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. Single EV charger across the street was free to use for guests with an access card.

Didn't eat breakfast. Restaurants were good and enjoyed outdoor seating.

The location was a surprise - right across the square from the medieval church, in a small town. Very cosy and quiet, one would expect it from British countryside, only that it's German :) The house itself is very old too with all pro's and con's....

The location of the hotel is very convenient for overnight stays for the airport. The value for money is very good. The breakfast was very good and convenient. Very helpful staff

Frühstück sehr gut und üppig. Sogar bekommt man auf Wunsch bzw. Interesse Bio Eier aus eigenen Züchtung. Grüne Eier, hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt, Danke dafür.

The Staff were lovely; clean room (most important); comfy bed; great location close to airport. Tissue in the room would be very cool. Thank you.

5min drive from the airport. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice staff. Good offer for the parking if you need to leave your car for one week. Restaurant is fine with friendly staff
