It is a lovely friendly hotel in a national park. The room was large enough, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. It has a lovely terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

A great Gasthaus hotel. Spotlessly clean and very big suite with a fantastic shower and two balconies no less. The lady who owned it was very friendly despite a language barrier. Breakfast was the usual buffet affair of high quality.

It is a nice quiet guesthouse fairly close to Trier, and very close to the university'c campus (which was of interest to me). The staff is very nice, but to experience that, you should eat at their restaurant, which I recommend.

Very nice little hotel in a picturesque and quiet part of Trier. About 12 min walk to local train station (Ehrang Bahnhof /Trier) with about 7 min to go by train to Trier HBF. And about 5 min walk to bus stops (buses 8 and 87 - about 20 min to go...

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. We dined in one of the restaurants on the premises, the food was delicious and the staff was great. I also enjoyed exploring the local wines that were available for purchase.

We enjoyed the two bedroom unit with two balconies! One overlooked the city of Trier. The trail from the hotel to the center of town was about a 20 min walk.

The hotel was beautiful not only upon arrival but through the entire stay. The Chinese City restaurant across the street was a great recommendation!!! The hotel restaurant was also good.

The property is great. Location not so much. Just an FYI, it is not accessible from the train station. What that means is you have to take a cab, because Uber is not a thing there, from the train station around to the backside of the train...
