The room was minimal (I loved!), very clean and comfortable. The receptionist, although she spoke little English, was extremely helpful and friendly and let us check in well before our expected arrival time.

The breakfast was very elaborate and great, so many options! The rooms and the hotel were beautifully decorated. The underground spa area was very relaxing and serene with great swimming pool, sauna and lots of other facilities.

The whole apartment was very clean and had lots of equipment and a nice view outside. The manager was also very nice and friendly and did his best to communicate in English as we didn't know German at all.

Location close to the highway allows to visit lot's of places fast. Excellent restaurant, the half pension formula fives excellent dinner for reasonable prices. The dishes offered were special and excellent. Really superb. Friendly and helpful...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't speak the language well, but this was never an issue. Breakfast was a good variety of foods and plentiful.

Very nice hotel / pension with beautiful view of the lake / Maar. The room was very spacious with a separate seating area, hall way with breakfast area, and a large bathroom. Quiet and idyllic. The staff was just wonderful and very friendly.

We arrived late and had to leave early in the morning. The host was very helpful and made it easy for us to organize our logistics, including providing some breakfast items for us to take in the morning.

Breakfast was good, for German standards (don't expect sausages, beans, or pancakes). We had dinner twice in the excellent restaurant which had efficient and friendly service and good pricing. The garden of the restaurant is very interesting and...

We had a wonderful time. Our Host and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Had some trouble with our internet on the first day and our host took care of it right away. The coffee was great. Can really recommend playing Adventure Mini-Golf.

We had a really great stay here. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great, lovely more than big enough room with great balcony to sit in the sun and see "Gerolstein" drive by. Great covered parking reserved for hotel gueasts.

Simple, but clean hotel not far from the motorway. Ideal for a stopover on the way to Cologne. Good restaurant, friendly staff and good value for money. Everything works correctly. Hotel is well cleaned and well looked after.
