The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms charming, comfortable, spacious (especially for Europe) and in a lovely location. I was traveling for alone for business and had no concerns. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay and hearty breakfast. The room was very large and had a nice sitting area both inside and out on the balcony. We booked that day, and the hotel was great about communicating how to access our room.

Host was extremely responsive and the stay was perfectly cosy. Loved it and will return for sure, if I have a car. Estate is nice, private and very, very safe. Beautiful surroundings and large room.

Staff, facilities and restaurant are wonderful. The location is close to perfect, as one resides in the historic heart of Heppenheim. I strongly recommend to come and enjoy. This was our second time and we will most likely be coming back :-)
