The building and the garden are nice and super clean. The room was comfortable, there was enough room to put away clothes. The bathroom was super clean, there was always enough hot water. We loved the balcony looking into the garden.

Surprising quiet location given that it is next to a branch line railway station. There is gated parking in the courtyard. It's a bit out of the town centre: the best option seems to be a few minutes walk to the No 14 bus stop in Via Massarenti...

Reasonable price pretty good location, get to know the bus schedule, it's bus 14 to Bologna Center. It's about a 15-minute walk to the bus station on Massarenti.

Good bed with memory foam pillows, and a good shower, room quite small, but fine for a couple with two luggages. Bus stop right at the building, which was nice. Quiet room. We'd come back.

The city center can be reached within 15min walk from the apartment. Apartment has a small balcony and coffee maker so you can enjoy morning coffee and the view while sitting and watching the street.
