Located in the countryside outside of Vitorchiano. Great outdoor terrace to sit and relax. Hosts were very helpful and friendly

the property was very nice for the price with a lovely pool and sunbathing area. The owner even allowed two of my friends to use the pool when we wanted a bread from walking which was very kind of him.

The property was such a highlight of my trip. Whilst keeping an old and rustic feeling of the medieval town, the apartment was kitted out modernly with all the required appliances etc. Comfortable bed and a fabulous en suite.

The location is amazing and the hotel is gorgeous (an old palace). The beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious and clean. A special thanks to Riccardo for going above and beyond to help us out!

The room was nice. Simona was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very nice with a café right next door and walking distance to the whole inner city and easy access to parking right next to the guest house.

It was the perfect stay for my quick visit to Santa Marinella! In this cute little square with a grocery store and multiple restaurants/coffee shops. Close to the water and fun area to just wander around! Like a 5 minute walk to the train station!

Lovely quiet complex up on a hill in a residential neighborhood north of Rome. Perfect for a night after coming off the Barcelona ferry. Friendly staff and neat, tidy accomodation.
