Location, breakfast, room was large but was part of annex. But overall nice experience.

Great location, as I didn't want to be in the middle of the city. Steps away from the sea/beach and I had a great walk up and down the coast, beautiful views at every turn. Easy to walk to the famous Boccadasse. The train station is really close...

Hotel was very good and beautiful, clean, air conditioned. The staff (owner family) was so nice and helping. Breakfast was good with fresh products and many sweet cakes. We hope we will have a change to visit this hotel also in the future.
