Very cool interior, comfortable beds, clean and great facilities, and very helpful staff. It is also located near a metro/tram/taxi station and a couple of restaurants, which I really like.

Cleanliness, modern studios well equipped, nice staff and the courtesy fresh croissants in the morning. The residence is a 10 min walk from the metro and 4 metro stops from the main part of the city Duomo.
