The view from the balcony outweighs the a bit old furniture. The view was amazing!!!! The location is also perfetto!!! this place is a good deal!!! Also with free parking. Breakfast can be improved with a bit more choices, but ok for 1-2 night...

Excellent location of the hotel. There is a bus stop 100 m away and a bus runs every 20 minutes and takes you to the Castle Scaligero in Sirmione, where you can also take a boat ride around the the city or you can visit a town or perhaps go to the thermal baths, of which the locals say the Terme di Sirmione is the best but you must make a booking a day before. https://www.termedisirmione.com/en . I definitely recommend visiting Sirmione, but not in the main summer season due to mass tourism.

Excellent location right outside the old city wall. The spa was great! That’s also the first time that we have ever been in a Sulphate pool.

Location is very convenient once you're in the town. Breakfast on the terrace is fantastic. The staff is over the top excellent. They really go out of their way. And it's right near everything.

Staff were outstanding. Location was exceptional but since the hotel was inside the walls of the old city we had to hold our breath getting through the crowds with our rental car.

The location is great. The garden and the views are also amazing. Bathroom was very clean and well designed. Lastly, the included breakfast was definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful room looking out on the lake. We had dinner at the restaurant in the evening on the terrace and the food was very nice, too. The windows have good isolation so that you will not hear the guests on the terrace when you want to...

We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were very helpful, the quadruple room was enough for our family of four for our night stay, the beds were comfortable and a great shower. We liked the location too.
