Very easy access right off the highway. Huge parking lot. Even though we were their only guests they provided wine and breakfast for us at a very reasonable rate!

Comfortable room in a very good location convenient to lots of shops, restaurants, and bars in the center of Nuoro. Host was very easy to communicate with, although we never met them. This property has self check-in.

Paolo is a such a lovely and hospitable host, we felt so welcome! He speaks excellent English, French, Italian (of course) and he's learning German and Dutch. Extremely intelligent and kind with lots of great tips for restaurants and activities....

This property despite is old is super well maintained , iper clean and everything was well curated and the location is walking distance from the main attractions

Friendly and welcoming. Appealing modern design used in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast area also well appointed and great breakfast was served(dolche). Also sufficiently central for us to walk to all the museums, restaurants and shops.

Very clean and comfortable. Decor was light and bright. Communication with Valentina was good and friendly.

A very, very charismatic room — lots of modern equipment and the authentic traditional decor! We stayed in Demetra room which is facing the wall of the next building (so no view) but very quiet. The other one has much better view (I guess) but...

Bright, clean, and friendly. Beautiful yellow toned room with balcony and vaulted ceilings. Use of the shared kitchen was a plus.

We enjoyed my stay at AbbaNive very much, regret having stayed only one night. The host welcomed us in a friendly way, arranged winery visit for us and that winery was really fitted to our preference; natural wine by an independent vigneron....

La signora Pasqualina è stata gentilissima e accogliente. Il posto è molto pulito e dotato di tutto. La signora ci ha lasciato una colazione molto abbondante composta da biscotti locali, marmellata di Mamoiada, focaccine fatte in casa....

The location close to the center of Mamoiada was ideal for visiting wine tasting rooms. The hostess was very helpful and accommodating as well. Room was compact - but very clean and functional.
