perfect location, clean rooms, very good breakfast and nice sauna and jacuzzi on the rooftop. Amazing kind and friendly staff.

It felt like coming home and being pampered by your own italian grandma: we had bread, jams, different cookies and cakes: all homemade! We're definetly coming back!!!

I loved the place! I came out to visit my son and his friends family. The hosts were brilliant, really helpful and welcoming. The location is very central, gardens and secure parking. A Fitness suite table football and even a climbing wall...

The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was good. I was only passing through for one night, so didn't get to take advantage of other amenities, of which there are several.

The property is brand new and sparkly clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is very comfortable. A nice and pleasant flat, situated in the core of Arco downtown.

Very well situated, close to bus, restaurants, hiking trails and with the free rental bikes Garda is only 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly

The owners are wonderful. Luca helped me find the parking and carried my heavy bags for me. I really like the flavored water bottles everyone gets. The breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant downstairs is equally delicious.

The breakfast was amazing with many options available and an amazing staff to assist us with ouy needs. It has the amazing view of the mountains of Arco and Garda area which add an immense relaxing feeling to get our morning started the right way.

Location - few minutes off the highway, but quiet. Amazing view on the valley, vinyards and mountains. Very nice and kind people working in the hotel. Plenty of parking, good beds. Delicious fresh homemade pizza's and local wine!

It had very good handicap access. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing it only had one chair and there were two of us. Everything was stored high up, out of reach for shorter people. But the staff was very helpful

Even though I booked a single room, I had a decent size room with a double bed. It had a balcony with a mountain view. The hotel was close to the downtown area. I had both breakfast and dinner and was pleased with the variety and quality.

perfect location for skiing and access to the slopes

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. A very personal and kind attitude that made it a pleasant stay. The room was big and clean. The fact that the front desk is in a restaurant added a nice vibe. The food at the restaurant was good.
