It had very good handicap access. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing it only had one chair and there were two of us. Everything was stored high up, out of reach for shorter people. But the staff was very helpful

We stayed one night as we were touring the area by car. Staff were polite and very welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good. There is a big garden at the back of the hotel next to the Santa Massenza lake.
