Family run friendly staff, English wasn't their first language but was still very accommodating

Everything was super and impeccable service at reception, breakfast room, restaurant, sauna area, and cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general.

I loved the breakfast. The location was great right next to a bus stop. Staff are very welcoming.

The staff was excellent. The family room was huge that had 2 bedrooms. Breakfast was amazing. Close to hiking trail and can walk to city center. Fantastic views. Nice swimming pool. Would recommend highly.

A hotel deserving of its 4 stars. Exceptional staff and very helpful and friendly. Large clean room and a great breakfast setup. Would recommend it to any visitors to Castelrotto.

Convenient location right in town and just a few steps away from the ski bus. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms, lobby and bar/lounge are cozy and traditional and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice.
