It's an old hotel but yet the bathrooms and walls have been refurbished and look like new, we stayed on a double room with private bathroom it was a bit tight but at the end was comfortable, Viareggio is very expensive I don't know why, so this...

Very close to the Carnivale area that Viareggio is famous for. Only a block away. A very nice breakfast was included. The staff were all very good and helpful.

Breakfast had a great variety daily - always fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for going to the beach or to the city center. Lots of wonderful restaurants close by.

Location was perfect! Parking was easy through the hotel. The room was clean and a great size as well as bathroom. Double balcony was very nice. Breakfast was top notch! The staff was happy to help and answer any questions. :-)

very cute small hotel located one block from the main beach strip. Also a 5 minute walk to where the busses leave. Room was small but functional, with air conditioning. bathroom was a bit small.

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. We had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, we got along great. We definitely recommend this place.

I think it is a privilege to stay at this hotel because bathing in the jacuzzi takes away all the tiredness of your day. The location of the hotel is one step away from everywhere, the hotel is clean and the service provided is very professional....
