Room was cozy and super clean. Everything felt brand new, including the bed, the linen, hairdryer etc. Located in a very cute neighborhood. You can really get a feel for the italian lifestyle here.

In the very historical center of the town, this is an old and elegant hotel with all the modern facilities you may need. Excellent breakfast and staff. A great option for visiting Pistoia, a place definitely worth a visit.

Perfect room just what you need. They even think of little extras like tooth brush. Staff friendly and very helpful. Best breakfast so far in Italy. Many choices for coffee if you are Canadian and like good old fashion drip coffee as well

I liked that once you closed the door and was ready to sleep, it was completely black. Waking up, still pitch black. The blinded windows were so great. We had an amazing host, made us feel welcomed and there even if we never got to see him.
