Amazing staff over and over again. Very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Every time we needed their help they went above and beyond to help us out, and make our stay in Lithuania awesome. Rooms are quite big, very comfy, and spotlessly clean. Amazing location right next to Pilies street which has a lot of restaurants and shops, and gets you easily to the old town.

Everything was top notch. The hotel is intimate and gracious with huge rooms and bathrooms. The beds are ultra-comfortable. The staff is friendly and very, very professional. One feels pampered. The breakfast is outstanding.

I was upgraded to Narutis hotel due to problems with air conditioning in my room, which was a fair compensation. Spa access was also provided free of charge. Staff was exceptionally polite.

Interesting use of rooms/stairways, open areas for breakfast. Loved the cased-in front with cool stairways. So quiet we did not realize their were other guests - until breakfast the next morning! Awesome breakfast!
