Staff was very helpful in suggesting dinner locations with an excellent map and providing a to-go breakfast since I had an early departure. Staff also handled luggage since there is no elevator.

I was upgraded to Narutis hotel due to problems with air conditioning in my room, which was a fair compensation. Spa access was also provided free of charge. Staff was exceptionally polite.

It was a great simple hostel. The common areas weren't the biggest but my female dorm room was very spacious, and I really loved that. And instead of 4 beds it was only 3, so even better. The facilities were clean and the room was very clean too.
